By way of full disclosure I’m describing this as a jam/syrup because it was meant to be a jam but didn’t set properly. As is the nature with small-batch preserves, this jam did not come out perfectly, but it’s still delicious. It’s a bit looser than a typical jam, and may be a tad bitter, which is a common taste profile of citrus marmalades but not to everybody’s liking.
